Terms of Use

Eligibility and accounts

Users must provide accurate information, protect login credentials and use the platform lawfully. Non-Google registrations must verify their email before login.

Public content

Profiles, businesses, blogs, forum activity, poems, jokes, ukhane, polls, quiz answers and replies may be public. URLs submitted in user content are neutralized and are not intended to be clickable. Users must not post illegal, abusive, deceptive, infringing, sexually exploitative, threatening or privacy-violating material.

Quiz and poll records

By answering a quiz, the user agrees that the selected answer, result, profile link and answer time may be shown publicly for 30 days. Older records are hidden from the quiz page but may be retained for security and statistics. Poll creators may allow one or multiple choices and their profile link is displayed.

Deletion and retention

Users cannot permanently erase content, accounts or media instantly. Every deletion request requires administrator approval. Deleted or disabled material may remain in non-public evidence storage for safety, abuse investigation, dispute handling and legal compliance.

Moderation

Administrators may approve, reject, edit visibility, suspend, block, preserve or remove any account, profile, business, post, reply, message or media. Sections may be enabled or disabled without notice.

Business listings

Users are responsible for the accuracy, permissions, legality and claims of their business profiles and photos. Marathi Junction does not guarantee transactions or endorsements.

Enforcement

Violations may result in content restriction, account suspension, permanent blocking, evidence preservation and reporting to appropriate authorities.
